Q. How long is the experience?
A visit will take around 90 minutes. Visitors move through 9 transformational spaces along with activities, virtual reality experiences and an opportunity to immortalise yourself in a souvenir photo.
Q. Is there parking available?
Wilson Parking operates a public carpark with 300 spaces beneath Barangaroo Reserve. The car park operates between 6am–midnight, seven days a week. Enter the carpark at Towns Place and take the lift to Level G to The Cutaway, the venue for Frida Kahlo: The Life of an Icon. There are also nearby carparks a short walk from the venue at 5 Towns Place, Barangaroo, and 20 Windmill St, Walsh Bay.
Q. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Cutaway is wheelchair accessible. Enter by way of Merriman St near the Palisades Hotel and use the lift opposite the Palisades Hotel, which will take you down to the Cutaway ground floor. The Wilson car park beneath Barangaroo Reserve has accessible parking, with lift access to ground floor for the Cutaway. If not parking, the best accessible drop off point is Merriman St.
Q. Can I bring a camera?
Yes. Photos of the event are permitted and encouraged. Video recording of the event is not allowed. Tripods are not allowed in the venue.
Q. Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers and babies are permitted, children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and up require a concession priced ticket

Q. Will there be a gift shop?
Yes! We have a cashless gift shop to visit at the end of the show.
Q. Is there a cloakroom?
There is no cloakroom. Please consider the items you bring as you'll carry them with you.
Q. What if I am late to my session time?
Please ensure you arrive promptly to your session time. All sessions have a strict capacity and we will do our best to try to admit you to the next session with availability. Please note this may not be possible for booked out sessions.
Q. What safety measures are in place for COVID-19?

• Contactless transactions.
• Masks recommended.
