Steel yourself. A hard-hitting night of industrial beats and left-field hip-hop from multi-talented Melbourne trio Too Birds will drag The Weary Traveller kicking and screaming into the twisted soundscape of the 21st century. 

A collaboration between vocalists Teether and RealName and producer Mr. Society, Too Birds exploded onto the scene in 2016 with their ominous, experimental rhymes – an electrifying dynamic perfected by the lead rappers – and neck-snapping, fever-pitch beats. Their fierce debut I’m Going to Die dropped in 2017 followed by sold-out shows across the country, Too Birds rapidly establishing themselves at the avant garde of Australia’s DIY landscape. 

Their 2021 album Melbourne 2, with its militant lead single 'Monstera Heaven', drew critical raves, riffing on the trio’s typically esoteric influences to deliver a record that’s original, restless and unrelenting. 

Too Birds hit The Weary Traveller in January with support from western Sydney-based sci-fi rapper BAYANG (tha Bushranger).
