157 Blaxcell St
Granville NSW 2142

The Blouza Hall, located at 157 Blaxcell Street in Granville NSW, is the community hall and conference centre belonging to the Australian Blouza Association, a non-political organisation formed in 1954 following the arrival of the first group of immigrants in 1949 from the village of Blouza in North Lebanon.

The former Hoyts Crest Theatre is one of the very few cinemas built in the late 1940s and the interior reflects the cinema designs of the late 1930s, featuring intact decorative plasterwork, light fittings, drapery, candy bar and entry foyer.

They have high aesthetic significance and their style is unique among the cinemas of New South Wales.

The theatre's distinctive facades, original signage and corner location make it a prominent landmark in the locality.
